EPCs are a compulsory element of any home sale or property let. We will carry out the domestic energy assessment and with the data collected, calculated and input we will produce your EPC, or energy performance certificate. This is a non-invasive survey and will not disrupt you at all during our visit. We assure you an accurate and thorough survey and we can also advise the areas to look for on the EPC on your home purchase, as well as explain the detail to point out on your home sale.
Presentation of any home sale is paramount, today we live in an internet lead marketplace and the better the details shown the higher the chance of quality viewings. We have been photographing properties since 2007 and use the best Canon digital equipment to assure the correct style of imagery. Professional photographs help your home stand out from the crowd and it has been proven that the whole presentation package really does make the difference. Images can be supplied on CD or be sent directly to your estate agent.
Floorplans have becoming a minimum requirement on today’s property details. We work to RICS guidelines and produce detailed and accurate plans through our bespoke designed CAD system. We will show varying thickness of walls, bathroom and kitchen layouts, low ceilings and full length windows. Floorplans are provided in both PDF and JPEG formats and can be sent directly to your estate agent. Combined with a full set of photographs the floorplan helps a potential buyer to gain a perspective of the property.
